I bought Guild Wars Game of The Year Edition in PlayNC , now , i tried to buy the Nightfalls , but i recived the message:

how long do I need wait to buy the Nighfall??

It's to protect peoples credit cards
Try support to see if they can give you a clear answer on it

Except by the time he gets an answer from support (if it's not already in the FAQ) the time limit will be over.

Register the account, download the agent and see if you can buy in ArenaNet store at log-in page.
